Abhinav collaborates closely with Align’s board, actively identifying prospective projects that contribute significantly to company’s growth. His greatest strength lies in crafting strategic plans for the execution of these projects, showcasing his exceptional project managemen skills.

Rashid Abdulrahman

Rashid is a dynamic entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio spanning key industries across the Middle East. After honorably serving in the UAE Armed Forces, he expanded his business interests into areas he is passionate about, focusing on real estate and cutting-edge startups in the Food & Beverage sector, as well as related industries. As a Director at Align, Rashid plays a pivotal role in advising on process optimization and setting strategic goals. He also leads the company’s Emiratization initiatives, collaborating closely with MOHRE and Dubai SME to drive impactful workforce development. His leadership is focused on both business growth and enhancing the company’s long-term vision.

Ashish is the Managing Partner at Master key Properties. He is also the Managing Director of Aqua plus - a BPA-Free water bottling company in Dubai. Ashish provides oversight to the strategy formulation of Align.
