Kitchen Technician

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to ensure all kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. The role involves carrying out both preventive maintenance and corrective repairs while maintaining high operational, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, service, and repair kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment

Conduct daily inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance

Attend to kitchen and laundry equipment complaints promptly

Maintain maintenance logs and service records

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Support HACCP audits and adhere to brand standards

Requirements

1–2 years of hotel kitchen/refrigeration experience is mandatory

Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals

Welding skills (gas and arc) will be an added advantage

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
