Align Staffing Solutions is looking for skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team.
If you love coffee, have a friendly attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and specialty items, following company recipes and quality standards.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and related tools.

Stay up-to-date on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in the UAE or GCC

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality
