We’re Hiring: Civil-Finishing Engineer!

Join us to oversee and execute structural, civil, and finishing works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across maintenance and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily civil and finishing maintenance with focus on quality and safety

Manage renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects on budget and on time

Identify defects and ensure compliance with codes and standards

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site

Maintain records, prepare budgets, and submit technical reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 7+ years in facilities management or building maintenance

Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Certification in facilities management or health & safety is an advantage
