Civil QC Inspector – Painting & Wood Varnishing

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil QC Inspector with hands-on experience in villa painting and wood varnishing works (doors and woodworks). The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring all painting and varnishing activities comply with approved materials, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect surface preparation, priming, painting, and varnishing works on site

Identify and report defects such as peeling, cracking, bubbling, and uneven finishes

Verify site measurements, drawings, and material approvals

Monitor work progress and prepare detailed QC inspection reports

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain required quality standards

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field

3–5 years of QC inspection experience, preferably in villa painting and wood varnishing

Strong knowledge of international painting and coating standards (ASTM, ISO, BS)

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
