Job Description :
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred. (Minimum qualification High school diploma, pass certificate is a must)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry, UAE experience is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits – 250 AED as food allowance, Transportation, and Accommodation by the company
Working days/ hours – 6 days/ 10 hours with 1 hour break
